All зaid services of the Portal are provided on-line via the User's Personal Account.
- Services for providing access to the information on the Portal are on-line;
- On-line services for placing advertising on the Portal shall be provided immediately after moderation of the placed materials but no more than 48 hours from the moment of receiving material by the moderators of the Portal at 100% payment for the Services
Methods of payment for services
• After receiving a request, a portal manager shall contact the customer, confirming the order and sending invoice to the customer to the email address specified by the customer in the request;
• The customer shall check the billed invoice, if he/she agrees with the amount and terms of payment, he/she shall press "PAY" button and make payment by a bank card.
The personal information provided by you (name, address, phone number, e-mail, credit card number) is confidential and not subject to disclosure. Your credit card details are transmitted only in an encrypted form and are not stored on our Web server.
The security of processing Internet payments on plastic cards is guaranteed by a merchant acquirer. All transactions with cards occur in accordance with the requirements of VISA International, MasterCard and other payment systems. When transferring information special technologies are used to secure card online payments, data processing is carried out on a secure high-tech processing server.
If you have any questions regarding confidentiality of transactions with payment cards and information you provide, you may contact the technical support of the bank.
On the authorization page, you will be asked to enter a card number, cardholder's name, card expiration date, card verification number (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All the necessary data are printed on the card itself. A card verification number is presented by three numbers on the back of a card.
For payment you will be redirected to the bank page. Make payment within 15 minutes after switching to the card authorization page. The transaction may take about 40 seconds. Wait until the operation is complete. Do not press "PAY" button again. The payment is made in real time and is credited within 15 minutes.
Refusal to receive services on the Customer's initiative is possible only before the company experts start processing of documents (information) provided by the Customer. Otherwise, the Contractor deducts 100% of the cost of services for reimbursement of the company's expenses related to performance of the experts’ work.
Attention! If the service is not provided within the established timeframe, we guarantee refund of the money paid by you in the order provided by the Agreement offer.

The procedure of service acceptance and transfer
Acceptance and transfer of the Services is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation and is recorded by signing the Act of acceptance and transfer of services by the Customer and Contractor. The basis for signing the Act of acceptance and transfer of services is transfer of the Customer’s registration data from the Executor to the Customer via e-mail or at the office of the company confirming online registration on official resources (in accordance with the content of services), as well as a package of documents, necessary for interviewing in the official organizations (for services on visa processing).Refusal to receive the Service
The repayment of money when paying by credit card is made to the bank card from which the payment was made. Guarantees for online payment
We accept prepayment of orders online through PayPal and PayKeeper payment systems. Thus, the buyer always has a payment document confirming the fact of the payment giving a 100% guarantee of receiving the service or refund of money from the seller.Attention! If the service is not provided within the established timeframe, we guarantee refund of the money paid by you in the order provided by the Agreement offer.
