American Pathway Regional Center, LLC (APRC) is an EB-5 Regional Center approved by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). The EB-5 Immigration Program was created to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and foreign investment. EB-5 provides a pathway for foreign nationals that invest $1 million (or $500,000 in areas of low employment or rural areas) into job creating projects.
As an EB-5 Regional Center, APRC focuses on promoting economic growth and job creation throughout the Philadelphia metropolitan statistical area. APRC is approved by USCIS to sponsor new EB-5 projects in over 16 counties in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Northern Maryland. APRC primarily focuses on providing gap financing for commercial real estate projects with strong sponsorship and experienced developers. APRC can structure EB-5 capital for a project as either preferred equity or mezzanine debt. APRC seeks to promote economic growth in both the public and private sectors, including infrastructure projects and public private partnerships.
