We are a United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) approved Regional Center with headquarters in Asheville, NC. Our Appalachian EB-5 Regional Center received approval designation on July 11, 2013 with a geographic territory that includeds a total of 79 counties in western North Carolina and eastern Tennessee. Our philosophy is led by a vision of a better economy for the people and communities of the Appalachia region we serve, for there is no greater social good than providing quality jobs to people where they live.

We believe in the return on value by investing in economies that are developing around the assets of people and place.

We also strongly believe in partnering with projects that support our nation's military veterans and their families.

Our beliefs include a commitment to environmental stewardship built on a strong foundation. Today, we have made it a priority to support EB-5 projects involving best practices like master plans including land conservancy and facilities designed to meet LEED status.
