Janet L. Silverman has 25 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, having held several senior level positions both within Fortune 500 and start-up companies. As a senior-level manager for such companies as AT&T, Comverse Technology, Siemens, and IBM, Janet has built sales and marketing organizations. She has hired, trained and been responsible for large groups of sales, sales support, technical and management personnel. She has had headquarter responsibility for over $215 million and has marketed telecom equipment, network services, software applications, and consulting services nationwide.

Janet's experience in sales, marketing and sales management has rendered her a valuable resource in identifying and qualifying potential candidates. More importantly, she understands how to work hand-in-hand with her customers and candidates to ensure the best individual is not only given an offer, but accepts it. 

Janet has developed a strong network of domestic and international strategic partners, which include recruiters, marketing, human resource and IT professionals and venture capital firms. Castle Consulting Services, Inc. and their team of strategic partners bring added value to the search process while decreasing the amount of time it takes to source potential candidates and close assignments. 

Janet holds a BS in Economics and Business from Albany University. She also attended Northwestern Management Program.
