New York City EB-5, LLC (NYCEB5) sponsors only the highest quality EB-5 projects. Our approach to project selection is conservative and we believe that each investment is more than just a short-term financial commitment for the sake of immigration compliance. We become partners with each investor and project developer, and we lend our full support behind them.

NYCEB5 is wholly owned and operated by American Economic Growth Fund.

NYCEB5 will provide or sponsor capital investments for real estate projects throughout the NY-NJ-PA MSA through the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Visa Program with the goal of streamlining the EB-5 process for project developers, EB-5 investors and ongoing USCIS compliance.
