GOLFGATE, LLC (also referred to as “the Company”) is a Holding Company headquartered in Boca Raton, Palm Beach County, Florida. The Company started operations in June 2017. GOLFGATE operates with intentions of further expanding into golf tourism, hospitality, real estate, media, apparel, gear, and other golf asset management.
The Founders, Uriel Rubinov and Johan Mihkelson Ringqvist were introduced through a mutual acquaintance in 2017. Uriel and Johan both expressed interest in working together through a partnership in South Florida golf tourism and golf course acquisition. Their goal was to enhance Ekholmsnäs Golf Lidingö Member experience. The mutually desired objective is to acquire a golf course in South Florida with hotel and/or residential real estate development opportunities.
