Fields of study

The Visa Law Group is a national law firm practicing exclusively in the area of United States immigration and visa law. We provide premium quality immigration counseling to businesses and professionals involved in science, technology, engineering, arts, entertainment, commerce, trade, investment, and more.
The experience and capabilities of our attorneys, staff and associated professionals allow us to handle the most complex immigration issues. Headquartered in Washington DC, we also maintain correspondent offices in Denver, Toronto, and Dubai (UAE). Combining all of these resources, our firm offers unmatched immigration expertise, a sincere commitment to client satisfaction, and a policy of fair billing practices.
Our firm was established in 1996 in Maryland operating then as "Immigration Law Group." In 1999, we changed our firm name to "McNary, Morris & Smalley" - this represented the addition of Gene McNary to the firm. Gene was the former National Commissioner of the US. Immigration & Naturalization Service.
In 2000, we moved our primary office location to Washington, DC and changed our name to "Visa Law Group." Since our original formation in 1996, we gained and loss attorneys as all normal law firms do. Gene McNary retired in his native home of St. Louis. But Visa Law Group has continued our strong practice and our exclusive focus on immigration law and visa solutions.
And today, almost 14 years later, we are proud to be recognized nationally as one of the top firms in our field.
