Fields of study
With over 35 years of experience, SRW provides focused representation to companies, individuals and other law firms from around the globe. Immigration law is a federal practice, which allows attorneys at SRW to represent clients from all over the world. SRW represents large multi-national corporations with headquarters in Europe, Canada and the U.S., as well as smaller businesses, families and individuals.
The firm’s roots date back to 1925 when Harry Serotte established an office for the practice of law in Buffalo, New York. From the 1960s to the 1970s, Harry’s son, Donald D. Serotte, along with Samuel L. Green, now a Justice of the New York State Appellate Division, concentrated the practice in criminal and civil litigation. William Z. Reich, current Senior Partner, introduced immigration law to the firm in 1975. SRW now dedicates its practice exclusively to U.S. immigration law.
SRW continues its tradition of excellence in immigration law and client service by meeting the needs of individuals and companies with employment-based, family-based, Free Trade (NAFTA), green card, outward global immigration, border problem and federal administrative court matters.
SRW is a member of the Alliance of Business Immigration Lawyers (ABIL), the exclusive think-tank of leading immigration law firms. ABIL provides international access to a coalition of business immigration attorneys who have a demonstrated history of unparalleled client service.
