The Real Estate Agency is a full time real estate brokerage that works hard to cater to our clients’ needs. We specialize in analyzing the market to determine fair market price for your home to achieve optimal value, provide unique marketing schemes for your property so we reach the best possible audience of buyers including social media which guarantees maximum exposure, and most importantly we protect our clients’ interests by working with them every step of the way after the contract is signed. We provide insight and extensive knowledge to buyers and sellers of any type of real estate to help them navigate through every aspect of buying and selling a home including negotiations, home inspections, closing procedures, and radon mitigation systems. We also act as a liaison between attorneys, mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other parties.

Photographing – We take photographing a property very seriously. This is an opportunity to show the buyer your property at its best. We take and edit all pictures in-house and provide professional photos that are sure to entice a buyer to look at your property. This free service and quality of the photos sets us apart from our competition.

Buyer Representation – When representing a buyer, we like to get a good feel of what are buyer is looking for. We also like the buyer to get comfortable with us so we both have a good understanding of what to expect from one another. We encourage our buyers to walk through multiple properties and talk about the pros and cons of each so we can make sure we are targeting the right home for you. This allows you to get a feel of our knowledge of the market, the different layers of a home, and the process of buying a property. We are also very diligent in getting you into a property timely to give you the best opportunity when buying.

Negotiations – Here at The Real Estate Agency, negotiations are the most crucial part of buying and selling a property. There are multiple people involved along with multiple personalities. There are many factors to consider when trying to get the best price for a client. We research these factors and prepare ourselves accordingly. We act as fiduciaries to sellers and mediators for the buyers. Our unique approach has allowed us to set records for sellers and get great deals for buyers.
