Dr. Penbera has significant international experience and has been a director of several major U.S. corporations. Dr. Penbera's research on alternative energy includes comprehensive studies of ethanol and corn production, and the economic and business implications for transition from fossil fuels. Dr. Joseph Penbera has been the lead economic consultant for EB-5 Centers in California, Florida, Texas, and Nevada. Dr. Penbera has also prepared hundreds of certified EB-5 job creation opinion letters accompanying successful I-526 and I-829s.Dr. Joseph J. Penbera received his degrees from Rutgers, The Baruch School and The American University, and did postgraduate training at Harvard. Chairman of PenberaParis, a firm whose clients have extended globally and in many sectors, he has served on the boards of leading corporations, and as dean at two universities. Author of more than twenty books and articles, his most recent research was published this summer in The MIT/Sloan Management Review. Previously, he has been cited as one of the best forecast economists in the nation by Knight Kiplinger, editor, The Kiplinger Magazine, and received the Paul Harris Medal for outstanding civic service.
