Biography

Roger W. Christoph is the Founder, Chairman & CEO of Keystone Solutions, Inc. (“Keystone”) a Midwest-based financial boutique & consulting firm. In addition to providing investment banking, money management, private capital raising services, Keystone also has a consulting practice to advising clients in healthcare and real estate development. Also, Keystone has a USCIS licensed regional center providing EB-5 visas to its foreign investor clientele. Mr. Christoph has over 35 years of experience in the financial industry that includes: investment banking, portfolio management, trading, financial operations, and securities compliance.

As Managing Partner of Keystone Investment Advisors, a registered investment advisor providing asset management services to private clients, Mr. Christoph oversees the general operation of the firm in addition to being co-portfolio manager for the firm’s managed accounts.  As co-portfolio manager, Mr. Christoph works with the rest of the portfolio management team to construct and modify proprietary model accounts for the firm’s clients. Mr. Christoph takes an active role in determining the proper asset allocation mix in an effort to consistently maximize returns while preserving client capital.

Mr. Christoph is also the President of Christoph Securities, (CSI), formerly a registered broker-dealer with FINRA and the SEC. CSI was a correspondent clearing member of Merrill Lynch and was responsible for the execution of most transactions for Keystone. As President, Mr. Christoph was responsible for all financial and compliance matters regarding the firm, Mr. Christoph draws from over 30 years experience as a General Securities Principal and Financial Principal.

As Co-Founder and CEO of Great Texas Regional Center, he shares responsibility for the general management, investment policy and transaction origination. His experience allows him to follow an extensive due diligence process to understand the business fundamentals and identify opportunities for the regional centers. He will be actively monitoring the portfolio companies and pursuing new investments for the regional center.

Prior to founding Keystone, Mr. Christoph was President & CEO of Shepherd Financial Group, Inc.; also a registered broker-dealer with the NASD & SEC. Mr. Christoph founded Shepherd Financial Group in 1994 as a private-client brokerage firm and subsequently sold the firm to its employees in 1997. During this four-year period, Mr. Christoph grew Shepherd into a regional investment management firm with investment banking services and private equity capabilities. He began his career with UBS/Paine Webber in the private client group in 1982. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Trinity University, San Antonio, Texas in 1982.
